Thanks Chad! This one has the geared belt on it, so I guess that would help separate it from the CXL. Did the suction relief selector slider (on the power nozzle) break off quite often on these power nozzles? Mine seems to have broke off from when my aunt had it. Thanks!! Daniel :-)

I love that style hose. One of my favourites. The new plastiflex one I have (NuTone) seems like it doesn't want to go fully flexible like the vinyl hoses do. It seems almost stiffer and doesn't fall right to the ground from the handle. Also, I have the same hose sock, and it does help. I like it...

The Convertible that is at the vac shop is a model U4443, and it is similar to the one i found on google below, only red and with the dust cup. Is it worth it to run and get it?? Im thinking I might be selling a couple vacs soon, so I think I might get the convertible and clean it up and sell...

LOL, its not going anywhere he said, so I just might have to hit the pavement lol. At least its at my local vac shop, so I can make some room for it and not have to worry about it getting thrown out. Also, its a red model with a hood like the ranger, but it has the dust cup instead of the bag...
