Thank you guys! Last night when I tested it there was hardly any suction. After further tearing down and cleaning the rubber strip that goes around the vacuum wasn't allowing the top portion of the vacuum to sit properly causing the lid on the container not to be level with the water bin. Now...

I picked up this Thermax at the Salvation Army today, but I don't know much about them. My question is how much water do you put in the container, and is it missing any other components to the container?

I stopped by The Salvation Army today not expecting to find anything. When I came across this beauty. The cashier said it was for an auction but said I could have it for $24. I wanted it so home it came. It has some rust on it but cleaned up nicely and has all of its attachments. Plus the hose...

Out of the G series. I own a G3, Diamond Edition, and Sentria. I would have to pick the Diamond Edition as my favorite as well. I love the low speed and there is something about that bag pattern that is very stylish to me. I think you will be very happy to add it to your collection.

Roseanne had many vacuums over the 9 seasons. There was a Kenmore upright,Electrolux,Hoover Quikbroom, and I think a Concept II with the help mate onboard. I have all 9 seasons on dvd. I'll have to refresh my memory. [this post was last edited: 1/26/2016-18:19]
