I must say.... I do try to apply logic where I can. All I had to do is look at the hose handle to see it was not a rectangular button, but a round one. My previous GE experience was with later models which use the slots. For that reason, apologize for my post.

Thank you, Jimmy. The dusting brush has a bite out of a corner, but the rest are in good shape. There is still some mold on the inside, so I will take care of that. When done, I will wax them. Take care.

Go with my GE vac? I wonder because the there are scoops instead of rectangular slots. They smelled and had white mold on them. Also, I think there is wax buildup on them still. What removes that?

Thanks guys, For now, I will not touch up the paint especially because that color is hard to match. As long as it is clean, I will try it out. I have a small set of attachments in green (not olive) I can pair with it. I have a crevice tool, dusting and maybe a rare fabric/curtain...
