Agree completely. The vast majority of users aren't going to expend a small fraction of energy compared to what 'we' on this forum will do. That is how things like the "Dyson tree" find their ways into existence, and how may vac shops run a healthy business. I do think stick vacs have a place...

Is he going for the ol' "repeated lies become truth" tactic, or maybe just throwing so much bollocks (bull stink) at the wall, hoping some of it sticks?

By titles, you mean the abstract and conclusions of the very “papers” you linked? Posting valid links here and referencing them in your videos doesn’t automatically make your claims and conclusions valid. Can you point to where what I post is incorrect? Specifically where you can justify your...

Lets go link by link here... TLDR version, very little, (arguably nothing) of what you are claiming here is supported by any of links you provide. Note I applaud you for actually linking peer reviewed and cited material here. 1. Nowhere in that abstract does it make any such claim. 2. The...

Mine has never actually clogged, but it has built up foul odors requiring a cyclone cleaning. This means stuff is building up in cyclones or other places it shouldn’t. I know I’m wasting my breath with you here but I will guarantee you I don’t “abuse” the machine, in fact I know its...

    Good point…

Just as expected, like a broken record when the “evidence” is actually studied and doesn’t align with your conclusions, you simply post a link to the same very conclusions and “evidence” supporting them. Sprinkled with some insulting comments as usual too. I do agree it is quite easy for...

I own a Smart Vac 4870! Now what?

The same concept should still hope I think, leaving the clutch/brushroller 'off' for the motor startup should have less overall initial load (amp draw) on the motor. Edit: this is a bad practice for the sake of the clutch. See @cheesewonton post below

You didn’t link those previously. Your previous links was to a playlist of your videos. Maybe, just maybe, if you’d respond with information versus insults you’d be taken a lot more seriously and a whole lot less combative. It’s also funny that you are whining about name calling in that very...

What scientific literature? That’s a link to your own posts and videos. Please give us direct links to the specific scientific “evidence” to review.

    Sebo X4 Difficult to Push

Yes, like I said not sure it was worth the extra $ but it is certainly nice not needing extension cords (to each their own)

    Sebo X4 Difficult to Push

I agree, yet I still went with the D4 over the E3. I had buyers remorse until I realized the 40' cord allows me to plug in one outlet per floor and never have to move the plug. the non storage of the dusting brush on the E3 was a bigger tipping point at decision time. Was it worth ~$400? well I...

I took my V15 apart without separating the 'sealed/gasketed' parts, thoroughly blasted it with 120psi (825kPA) compressed air until it was no longer blowing visible dust everywhere. There was 'subjectively' quite a lot, it took many 'cycles' of blasting air in all the nooks and crannies until it...

I own a Smart Vac 4870! Now what?

I am not familiar with those machines, are they a two motor setup? I ask because if they are, I would propose turning the machine 'on' in stages to minimize the starting current the switch sees (motors always draw a bunch more than their rated current at startup). ie if you can leave the...

VF please ignore because this is "vague subjective anecdote." A former (retired) vacuum store owner I know loved Dysons. He said Dyson made him a small fortune on service work and selling replacements of broken Dysons.

This I agree with, as he does have some valid points and to an extent I agree with much of what he presents and says. The issues I do have with him is to oversimplify: the "jumps to conclusions," absolute dismissal of any evidence counter to his beliefs, that his testing/observations are...

I do not dismiss your links, nor the 'evidence' they provide. What I do dismiss and bring attention to is the FACT that the evidence you provide is no different than much of the other evidence you claim as "vague subjective anecdotes." Also, quote yourself when trying to convey evidence: "Be...

Once again, where is your "objective evidence" for your claims? Links to your own materials is the exact opposite of "objective evidence."

I will ask again... Is normal household use with 2 young children and one dog considered "responsible use?" This is fabulous advice, please consider using it yourself. Again, where is all this scientific data that separates their "vague subjective anecdotes" from your conclusions and claims?

Welcome to the world of @Vacuum Facts , where his: "vague subjective anecdotes" are objective evidence, but all the empirical data need not apply.
