What is the Weirdest Vacuums You've Seen?

I'm gonna go with the shark NH15 Multi-vac It was meant to be a transformable machine you could use it as a handvac with a little guard piece that directed the airflow as a little canister or in the stick configuration. A strange little unit that was meant only for bare floors and above the...

ISO: Hoover 725 brush strips and endcap

I've got a Hoover 725 and one of the brush strips is completely worn out. I also managed to damage one of the outer rings around one of the brushroll end caps and would like to replace that if possible. If anyone has spares hit me up.

Main Equivalency! Which one would you take?

When taking a poll you're best to remain neutral so that the data isn't tained. the original thread was clearly geared to get a particular response(s) That's what makes this thread better, it maintains neutrality in the poll The drama over all this is ridiculous you wanted a different thread...

How to rebuild Hoover elite motor.

In order to access that front bearing you'll need to drill the rivets and remove that metal plate. you're going to want to drill from the back (inside) you really just need to remove the lip that's holding the plate from there the rest of it should slide out the front. Do keep in mind the rivet...

Italian Industrial Floor Care Company called Eureka

There's been quite a few out there. at work we have a machine similar to this It's a strange thing. It's battery powered and It's brush spins backwards and the bin is on the back so things to travel up and over the brush to reach the bin. I did like our old one better which had a front mounted...

Main Equivalency! Which one would you take?

I may be mistaken here but are you thinking of the Powr-flite PF62EC, and the Tornado CK LW 13/1 based of the Bissell prolite design? I know it was also sold under the Fuller brush name and even as a Pirahna. I wasn't aware they did sell them under Cleanmax or Carpet pro but it would make sense...

Italian Industrial Floor Care Company called Eureka

Yeah but we have the NC4 from nacecare which seems to use a very similar system. They cost way more than the Karcher S4 though.

Italian Industrial Floor Care Company called Eureka

Speaking of this company. I came across an interesting design sold through Nacecare which had a manually powered vacuum system, after doing some searching I found another manual powered vacuum design. It's a neat concept and while I'm sure the vacuum system isn't too great it's mostly just there...

    Filterqueen canada

🤦‍♂️Ya know....If i paid more attention to the locations of other members I'd have more answers. Yes I'm aware the motors were different Phil, I've had a princess II open before which was super basic and just used a 2 wire motor. I was just pointing out how strange it was for a model to not...

    Filterqueen canada

Was hers lacking a 2 speed switch? I feel like all door to door model have had them at least back to the model 31 possibly even before that. The offshoot models like the princess and optima were lacking them. I do think you're correct about the MicroBX coating, pretty sure I've seen that...

I'm guessing so? This design cuts the filtration area in half. I'm curious, there's been a Canadian user who I've been getting a lot of comments from lately. Is this you? Not that it matter of course i'm just curious.

"American Home Princess"; aka Filter Queen for Japan market

Optima was the bagged model, though many of them have been retrofitted with the standard cone setup. Princess, if memory serves, was a retail brand to be sold in vacuum stores, they generally were slightly more basic lacking a speed control. Oh! That's an emerald princess. I don't know what...
