I have a stiff hose. It came with a Kirby classic from ebay. when I pulled it out i thought it might have been because it was cold so i let it warm up but it didnt help. I tried to warm it with my hands but it stayed stiff. Is there anything I can rub on it to make it soft and usable?

I've been looking for a canister vacuum and I'm pretty sure I've settled on a filter queen. Only problem is I don't know much, actually anything, about them. So what would be a good one to look out for? I want one with a power nozzle. Help!! :)

My Heritage II Height adjustment is slipping. When I press the button to lower it it skips all the way down till its setting on the carpet. What would cause this and how can it be fixed?
