    Worst vacuum.

The Dirt Devil Model 103 Hand Vac is one of my favorite hand vacs of all time. I bought one from Goodwill recently, and it looked brand new. I'm almost certain the previous owner never used it lol. It really does a great job on upholstery and carpeted areas like stairs.

    Worst vacuum.

They'll probably replace it with another Shark lol

What is the Weirdest Vacuums You've Seen?

They actually did have a model that used a hose. It was pretty much a DC41 knockoff. I'm amazed that Dyson didn't sue them for patent infringement.

What is the Weirdest Vacuums You've Seen?

I would love to get a DC15. It would be nice to compare it to my UP30.

    Worst vacuum.

The Bissell seems cheaply made, and its cyclone design is a copy of Shark, which is dumb, because they could easily make it dual cyclonic or multi cyclonic to help it maintain suction. Plus the filtration is rather piss poor, since it just uses a foam filter that gets dirty quickly. That, and...

Who really invented the cyclonic vacuum cleaner?

I think it is. He was the first to implement cyclonic separation that is effective in filtering out the fine dust that clogs the bags and filters of other vacuums. Even Filter Queen can't claim that. I remember Fantom being a really popular vacuum brand in the USA and Canada, and that's...

    The cordless stick vac formfactor

True. Dyson's cyclonic separation technologies seem to be pretty effective based on my experience. The pre-motor filter on my Ball Animal 3 can go for several months before it needs to be washed. That was also the case for my DC33 that I used to have.

    Dyson Piston

I use dish soap and water to wash the pre motor filter on my Dyson, and it always comes out very clean.

A YouTube channel named Vacuum Facts doesn’t know how bagged vacuums works.

"Rabid vacuum enthusiasts" is what he likes to call us.

A YouTube channel named Vacuum Facts doesn’t know how bagged vacuums works.

The filters on my Dyson take months to get dirty enough to wash them, and for me, it's not messy. I tend to keep up on the maintenance on my vacuums lol.

It would be even better if they shifted production from China to the USA.

Anyone else think the pre "ball" Dysons had better Bin/Cyclone designs?

The plastic is very durable. They flex, but under normal use, they won't break.

Anyone else think the pre "ball" Dysons had better Bin/Cyclone designs?

He didn't design them himself; Amway copied his technology. But yes, the ClearTrak/Workhorse Cyclonic is really good.

Anyone else think the pre "ball" Dysons had better Bin/Cyclone designs?

They work well for me. The pre motor filter on my Ball Animal 3 Extra takes several months to get dirty.
