There three were at an estate sale. I did buy the Kenmore canister, it was $10. I mainly got it because it was older, has the switch on the hose, and a 2 speed motor. I figure it also has the two stage Ametek motor.

The 113 in the model nunber indicates it was made by Emerson. I'd say around the late 90s or early to mid 2000s. My grandpa bought one like that to vacuum out the cars. Some of these were called "Clean N Carry" vacs.

Craftsman wet/dry vac That gray Craftsman vacuum looks just like the one that's been in my local thrift store for a long time. I prefer the earlier version that was black, as it had the 2 1/2" diameter hose, two speed motor as well as wheels.

Yeah I've had sales tax on stuff I've bought on eBay for a while now. It used to be that tax would typically only be charged if the seller's location was in the same state as the buyer in some cases, but now it's every transaction whether they are in your state or run a business or not.

Yesterday I went to an estate sale and there was a Kirby Sentria with attachments. Today I went to an estate sale and there was an older white Craftsman wet/dry vac, I'd guess it was early 80s. Along with a cream and brown Kenmore Powerspray carpet cleaner that also looked early 80s.

I saw on the FB groups that some Walmart locations are selling the Kenmore blue Power Mate canister in the physical stores. I went to the two near me today but they didn't have them.

I wish they'd turn up here again.

This was a few weeks ago. There was a Hoover Futura hiding under the shelves along with a Craftsman portable wet/dry vac that’s been there for a really long time. The Kirbies and the bag less Hoover have since sold.

Honestly I'm surprised they didn't add an orange cord to the small canister vac that came with the Platinum upright, change the colors and use that as the Portapower, instead of making two different machines. They are essentially the same thing, just the Platinum canister was more modern styled...
