    Modern Day Installed

Idea I don't know much about central vacs or their power heads, but how hard would it be to switch a canister powerhead for use with a central vac if the suction fittings are right? Would it be possible to use a hoover WindTunnel power nozzle on a central vac?

    DAM and Convrtible for sale

Dial a Matic I've always wanted one, I have a necklace with a metal one. I have no idea what a price would be for one. Maybe a general liking of price? If I said $10 or something, I know you'd say that's too low- at least I would.

    13" floor nozzle heritage vacuum

Me! I'd love to buy one! I just really like how the nozzle goes with the vacuum. I'd buy it. I don't have a Kirby without a transmission 😂 Thanks, Garrett

    Early Kenmore Stick Vacuum?

Oh Lucky! Wish I could've been there. Could you send a picture of the box? That seems like a common issue with those types of hand vacuums, because its just a piece of cloth before the motor.

    Early Kenmore Stick Vacuum?

Wow! That's very cool. I just searched this on google youtube and ebay and all got results. That perfectly answers my question. Looks like there is one on ebay that isn't too bad of a price. I'll ask for it for my birthday which is on the 31st.

    Early Kenmore Stick Vacuum?

Hey everyone, I thought I'd share this because there is very little information at the moment on a vacuum. I was watching an older video of somebody looking at the vacuum section of sears, when he came across a Kenmore stick vacuum that was quite odd. It had the older style canister power nozzle...

Royal Dirt Devil Broom Vac Pro Series On eBay

Hmm There was a thread a bit ago about the listings of some dirt devil ultra mvps and nobody said to post it in marketplace that time. Thread number 40189.

Royal Dirt Devil Broom Vac Pro Series On eBay

Hello everyone, I just wanted to share a rare vacuum that is on eBay at the moment. It is a Royal (originally Dirt Devil) Broom Vac Pro Series, which is extremely rare. I already have the 737 version, and this is the 733 version, but I really can't afford this beauty so I just am posting it here...

Oreck Buster B / Canister Vac History

Special These little carry around vacs were sold with a lot of uprights, we got a black one with my first Oreck upright, probably sometime around 2012 from Costco. I still have the original box for it (I think), and wish I hadn't gotten rid of both. At some point, they made a yellow one that...

    1993 Dirt Devil 7180

7.2 The 7.2 is a 1 speed motor. There are no dirt sensor on these red and black models. I don't know if this is the same as other Uprights, but the 7.2 amp motor is an AmTek Lamb motor. It is relatively quiet. It's loud, but doesn't scream so it sounds quiet. At least it does in my head. I'll...

    Road Trip!

Eh I think I'll just upgrade myself. Seems cool to look at a members posts anyways. And it'll be good to give money to a fun site like this.

    1993 Dirt Devil 7180

I've got one I've got the Deluxe model of this. The one you saw might've been mine. There was one heavy duty commercial model made of this, with no headlight. This is the third time I've seen a dirt devil with this type of color scheme. Recently on my trip, there was a Dirt Devil Upright soft...

    Road Trip!

Well... That's fine. TL;DR I went on a long roadtrip and got some very cool vacuums. A Sharp Twin Energy Supercharged, Dirt Devil Power Lite, and Dirt Devil Car Vac. My mind is used to writing the whole thing, then editing the whole thing, and it was like 12:30 last night, so I needed to...

    Rainbow E2 Black

Hmm Are two speed rainbows hard to find? I've got a two speed E series in my exact town, about 4 miles away for $100. I didn't wanna pay that much for a type of vacuum I've never used. Should I buy it? Are they rare? How much could I resell it for?

    Road Trip!

I've got a couple of vacuums in the garage, which are my Dual Commercial Conquest, and all other vacs I am going to put for sale, or am selling. Also vacuums that are being worked on. I've got a Kirby Sentria II fully taken apart to the main motor tray, and a Riccar Radiance that needs an...

    Road Trip!

Great! I think he'd be happy if you mentioned that the shop was on here, if he knows what this site is. I forgot to mention the very unfortunate part of this. Tom said that the Fairfield shop is estimated to close in about 6 months. That'll be a gold mine since that is the bigger shop of the...

    Road Trip!

@ @huskyvacs - I didn't imagine that the trip would end up with so many vacuum stops - considering that it was originally just to visit family. I think everybody should do this at some point. @mieles7 - I never thought I'd get one, because its just one of those vacuums where you see the parts...

    Road Trip!

haha Yeah, that tends to be pretty bad when I don't fully edit paragraphs. Also the random capitalization in the middle of sentences. That really catches my attention. Don't know why I do it.

    Road Trip!

Sure Yes, I'm willing to do a video on the Power-Lite. Cosmetically its finished, just need the belts. My local shop doesn't have style 8 belts. Tom at the other shop said they were made for around 6 months. That explains the extreme rarity.
