Floor Tool My mother has had 3 of these vacuums. Check to make sure the floor tool is fully seated into the top of the power nozzle. Yes, the floor tools lifts out of the top of the power nozzle and if it's not fully inserted, the electrical connections won't connect.

Lesinutah I've found that Kirby hasn't been too terribly good at getting back to me and I've searched the image. I'm trying to recreate the document in Microsoft Publisher and the images online are far too blurry to read the small text.
