    Electrolux 1205 Motor Rebuild

evacuumstore.com HEPA bags I have been using these in my Super J, as well the Style R versions in my Epic 8000. They seem to be pretty affordable as well. I get emails fairly often of sales they are having on them. I wonder how they would fare in the same tests above...

Fantom Technologies Inc. Annual Report (November 2000)

I have seen that! Very interesting. The one that I stumbled across was full color and had a few teaser pictures and was overall a bit easier to read. If I am able to find it, I will post the link here. All kinds of interesting information, especially about the Calypso Water Treatment machine...

    Electrolux UltraCaptic Disassembly

Hi all, my UltraCaptic was recently used to clean up after some poor houseplants demise and is caked with dirt on the first cyclone and mesh screen. I have removed all visible screws and have hit a road block. I have no idea what else to check for to get this unit apart to give it the spa day it...

    Electrolux Renaissance

Parted out mine I unfortunately had to part out my Renaissance as the motor in my Epic 8000 went kaput. As the whole machine was in rougher shape than my 8000 I figured I would keep the one that was in pristine condition and scrapped the Renaissance. I do believe that the Style R machines...

I love my Electrolux Ultracaptic, but I have to say my all time favorite bagless cleaner would be my Fantom Lightning. I love that machine!

Riccar Fur-Get-It & Simplicity Pet Hair Beware I recently got a Riccar Fur-get-it tool from Tom G. and I gotta say, that this is fantastic! Gets every single hair! No tangles, no mess, just a nice working tool! It's also not an electric nozzle, so you can use it on any vacuum. No Turbine...

    Fantom Cyclone XT

Anyone..... Hi all, I still have this torn apart in my basement, haha. I have yet to figure out any way to get the wheels off so I can put them on my new base. It didn't even cross my mind when I bought the new piece that it didn't have wheels. If anyone has any ideas or suggestions that...

    Fantom Cyclone XT

Hi All, I have recently purchased a new base plate for my Cyclone XT and was going well getting all of the parts switched over, then I got to the wheels. Does anyone have any information on how to get the wheels off of the old base plate and onto the new one? It's going to be all shiny and...

Getting to the brush roll on an Unplugged

Hi all, I was just curious if anyone knew of any secrets to get to the brush roll on a Westinghouse Unplugged? I see two screws underneath at the extreme edges, but the hood still doesn't want to come off. It is a pretty fragile machine, and the hood is already cracked in two places and I...

Fantom Thunder and Euro-pro Fantom Parts Available (look like)

I am looking for a brush roll or brush roll bearings. I believe everything else on my machine is fine. The dusting brush storage nub that's built into the heap casing is broken, but that isn't really a NEED so must as a want, haha.

    Westinghouse Unplugged...

If anyone might have on of these that they weren't wanting anymore, I would love to see what you might want for it. I haven't gotten this one running yet, but I have a feeling I'm gonna like it.

    Westinghouse Unplugged...

I am actually in the process of saving up some extra cash so this can be a project down the road. I'm really excited about it, and wish that I could get it up and running sooner, but money just doesn't allow right now.

    Westinghouse Unplugged...

That would be awesome if there was a way you could rig up a converter and a cord. That would make for one heck of a light vacuum. I'm gonna tear into one of my battery packs right now if I can find the correct torx bit. We shall see what I find, and if I can find anything similar to replace...

    Westinghouse Unplugged...

Yeah, the battery place here wouldn't even give me a firm quote, just said it's more than the vacuum is worth, which I'm aware of. I just want to get it to work for me... haha I don't intend to get rid of it anytime soon. I'm thinking I might try and rebuild it myself, just haven't tried...
