looks like a singer It is one but it has a different handle on it instead of the plastic handle. I am truly amazed at how many different brands copied the hoover elite! I am on a quest to get any hoover copy machine that is out there. Well most of them.

Weather balloon bag? Looks to be. If you pay close attention to the bag when he starts the hoover up you can see it inflate like a balloon does.

vacuum445, it is almost exactly like the singer you are speaking of. But this has a metal handle. But both are pretty identical. This surprisingly has an ametek motor in it, but it looks like a motor out of a eureka bravo, boss lite ect...
