THANKS Dave and Calem !! I got the friction rollers in place, and I got the fan blade off. It came off rather easily when I tapped on the fulcrum. Now I just need a Hoover 28 blade since one of the blades is broken on this one. But first I'll degrease all the parts and clean them up...

Fan blade I did remove the small screw on the fan that was screwed into the fan blade shaft.
