    Does anyone know how to repair a Shark?

    Maybe I didn't explain clearly enough. The problem is not in the powerhead, it's in the vacuum. The receptacle/socket is not supplying power to the head. I used a multimeter to check this. I don't know what to check next, mainly because I don't know if I can fix it and get the vacuum back...

    I have a Shark Navigator NV361PR and part of it stopped working after 5-6 years of once a week use. The detachable motorized powerhead isn't getting power from the main unit. I used a multimeter in the receptacle/socket of the vacuum to confirm this. I don't know how I would go about diagnosing...
