    Thank you very much for that. When this one blew up the motor stopped. When the Ranger blew up the motor carried on. If I remove this thing from the cleaner will it automatically reset the motor or is there something else I need to do first?

    Good evening, I've not posted on here before so am a bit new to all this. Essentially I've had a really bad run of luck over the past six months with Hoover Junior (and one Ranger) that I've bought from Ebay. They've worked for a day or two and then BANG - they blow up!
