I had checked it online and found different sites saying that about essential oils. But I’m sure like with everything else, it’s circumstantial. I really need one of both electrical and non electrical 14ft hoses. But I’m hesitant to spend much with the economy going to trash with COVID-19. Sigh.

The V11 was enough when I lived in a 600sq ft apartment and had no pets. I agree circumstances will determine if it can replace a corded vacuum.

I’ve got last year’s V11 and it’s OK for a “daily driver” for me, but I bought a Rainbow to do my real weekly cleanings. The V11 doesn’t deep clean very well in my experience, but it helps keep cat hair swept up.

Is it working good as new now? The Rainbow SRX was what I really wanted—maybe after I pay off my car—if I financially survive COVID19.

That’s what my Dad uses. If it can survive his wife, and it has so far, then it’s definitely a good vacuum. I’ve used it and it does clean well. Runs quietly just like the Miele canisters do.

One thing I did find odd was the separator on mine is black instead of white/yellow. I did use white paper towel to wipe it off after using the vacuum, and there was no dirt come off of it. Maybe it’s an after market part?

I’m glad they got back to you and it was something repairable. $225 is better than $2250 for a new one! Hopefully he can get it fixed and back to you quickly! Awesome job taking such immaculate care of yours. I’m going to try and do the same with mine as best as I can.
