    Electrolux Model G cord winder removal

    Hello, Can someone tell me how to remove the cord winder on an Electrolux Model G? I cannot figure out how to do it, and I need to, because the winder has to be either repaired or replaced (cord will not retract) and I want to grease and oil the motor. Thanks, Bill G.

    Thanks for the great info! This Kirby 511 is a rebuild from 1968. It has green trim so it resembles the D 80 model that was being sold in the late '60s.

    Hello, I'd like to know how to adjust my newly acquired 1937 Model 25. Does it auto adjust itself within the range you set it? For example, if I set it to "M", would it stay within that region? Thanks, William Graessle
