Here's the 725 before I got a more appropriate bag.

Vintage is the way to go, I think. We use a Hoover 725 for our rugs, does an excellant job, and a Constellation 858 for the floors and furniture. Wouldn't want to use anything else. I did a little conversion, doesn't show, to use disposable bags in the 725. I've restored another 725 and a 575...
