    Kitchenaid stand mixer

I have Cobalt Blue. But I took it a step further. I also got the matching blender, Food Processor and Electric Hand Mixer. I also have a Kitchen Utensil set in Cobalt Blue. For offset colors I have the black and stainless steel coffee maker and toaster. They all go well together.

    Grandma's Kitchenaid dishwasher

As someone who has worked for the Whirlpool/KitchenAid Corporation and who has a house full of their products. Yes it would still be a good model and I think you would be extremely happy with it. From the pictures I see that the racks are in rough shape. I'm not sure if you can get new racks...

    Panasonic Jet-Flo Canister

I've always wanted one. The one thing that irritates me is that the wands don't have cord clips.

Help on Wanda Central Vacuum Cleaning System

What do the wall inlets look like? I wonder if maybe at some point you might be able to get a used set of attachments and if the host will fit in the inlets? The units and filters might just need a good cleaning and that might bring the suction back up to where it should be.

Potential New Kirby Vacuum Model Discussion

A lot of people are saying the same thing about the Kirby. That it's a dated design. But at the same time I get why it hasn't been changed. I bought a Avalir 2 back in May 2021 and to be honest. I actually really like it. Yes it's a pain in the *** to attach the hose and attachments. But...

Did your friends/family love uprights and dislike canisters or vice versa?

I'm not sure about my dads side of the family. But I think his mother was a pretty good mix between the two. My Grandma was mostly upright. She had an Electrolux "tank" as she called it and I remember that well. It later went to my mom when I was young. Then my Grandma always had...

Shark Uplight and Other Stick Vacuums.

I'm not interested in anything cordless for many different reasons. If I do something I want corded. I'm specifically talking about corded. I get that noise is subjective. That what maybe loud to some may not be to others. But from my experience and after talking to several other people who...

    Coronavirus (COVID-19)

I got into it with a friend of mines boyfriend. He was a jerk in elementary school and not much as changed all these years later. He posted pictures of him walking around in the store with no mask because it was "his God given right." We went around for a few minutes and it kept going back to...

Shark Uplight and Other Stick Vacuums.

AT my office/restaurant we have a Shark Uplight and at my friend Maria's home and business she has a Shark Stick Duo Clean. They all sound like they are coming in like a jet on landing. They are so loud. I have been thinking about getting a Uplight for my house but because they are so loud I...

    Vacuum for Elderly Woman

Maybe something along the canister line. It's a lot lighter to push over carpets and maybe easier to pull that push. Depending on budget. Aerus Electrolux USA Classic or a Aerus Electrolux USA upright with attachments.

    Attachments

It's crazy how many people lose their attachments and ow people will mismatch for whatever reason. Anytime I think about buying a vacuum on ebay or Craigslist the first thing I do it make sure all the attachments are included and the same for the model. I then check the cord and hose.

    anybody else left-handed?

I am left handed and it is a major burden. As an accountant over the years I have had jobs where we still used three on a page handwritten checks in a binder. I was constantly having to pull the pages out because filling in the stuff was a pain the a**. Or writing in a spiral notebook. Don't...
