Good points Jon but I'd then have to store two extra vacuums and charge them both, plus regardless of their marketing there is no way I'd only vacuum my carpet with the AirRam, AEG Nimble and Morphy Richards liftaway would still be needed to get the deep down dirt out.

While I have to agree with Chris about Numatics I could never imagine owning more than one lol I'm pleased you like it and what a bargain bet there's none left now :(

I don't have a problem with Citroenbx's writing, but the constant posts of DC01's and pics of other vacuums with a simple one line of "what do you think" seems sort of pointless. Just my thoughts.

My DC38 for hard floors its great, very light and follows behind me and does not get stuck on furniture and after it fits in the tiniest cupboard out of the way till next time lol

I've been using my MR/Shark Navigator Liftaway as a quick clean up vacuum, it's very light and easy to use and the low profile head easily gets under furniture. At the same time it seems to deep clean if you can pick one up cheap I recommend it.
