just us my ELECTROLUX 2100 today for my living room rug soooo nice its like owning a NIB new machine she works so good power head is strong too great air flow quiet good suction i love it shes a keeper .

yes it is noisy with its open blower port exhaust , but man does ti work good for what it is i am impressed if i had the smaller nozzle id do chairs and upolstry

As stated above i have a mint condition electrolux 2100 vacuum . Whit floor tool crevice tool upolstery tool power head wand hose bags fitlers was service before i got it . NOT FOR SALE im keeping her shes too sweet here she is .

i got a heat pump on cold and my fan on windows close im coool like a cucumber hahah. No problem and yes contacts will make it not go on ive fix a few plastic body to know gota check each and evevry connection

did you put a bag in the vacuum and make sure it seated properly could be the bag check switch id turn off turn on should reboot it
