So about a week ago, I ordered a few packs of Shop Vac bags off of Ebay. When I opened them up last night, I found out that 2 of the 4 that I got had what looks to be mold on the bags. Luckily, I was able to get a partial refund for them, but still.
My advice is to be careful when buying second-hand bags, even if the pack is unopened, as mine were. Also, maybe don't store your vacuum bags in incredibly damp environments.
