Currently I own 4 royals. Three of which are metal uprights. One Oreck Xl and one Hoover. I also have a royal hand vac.

I’m always on the lookout for interesting machines.
What are your earliest and favorite vacuum memories?
I always loved helping with the vacuum. Especially the mechanical aspect of them.
What is the history of vacuum you have owned?
I love durable machines so that is why I gravitate towards Royal. They’re simple. I’ve bought most of mine new from dealers and maintain them accordingly.
Have you ever worked on, repaired and/or restored any vacuum cleaners?
Yes, I like to buy cheap or discarded vacuums and repair them and then donate them to those who use them.
