    Tristar All Spruced Up!

The problem I keep running into is that the filter for the original Filter-Fresh is NLA. They want you to use that awful white "Filter-Fresh Ultra 2000" monstrosity that takes your powerful TriStar and emasculates it into being a whimpy little girly-mon.

    Tristar All Spruced Up!

Question for Dave.... I heard you mention a Fram filter for the "Warthog" filter........do you by any chance know what the carb filter number is? I've been thinking an aircleaner filter would work, but it's so stupidly hard to find any information as to sizes!

I saw a TTI rep today

Well one Hoover today has a decent dusting brush and that's the new Constellation. It's got a very soft, thickly tufted natural bristle brush. Only problem is that Hoover forgot how to make a good dusting brush, so the bristles in the middle get sucked into the mouth of the nozzle. Gotta love...

    Tristar All Spruced Up!

VGII The VGII is NLA nowadays. I found mine out of an old junk Eureka PN, and unless you want to pay an exhorbitant price for a new one (if you can even find it) that's probably the best way to go. The aftermarket hose doesn't have an air bleed valve either! I don't use them on any other...

    Sale! Sale! Sale!

I don't think it's too strong at all. It's just about right IMHO to do just about any task. I've got one that unfortunately lives at our shop at the moment doing office duty. The best thing you can do for these vacuums is to ditch the crappy wooden Disturbulator and get a VGII or a 4-brush...

Have you tried creating a bead of RTV silicone or Butyl Rubber?

    A Floater with Power?!

Now for the Inside Shot Still kind of rough inside, but thanks so much to David for his generosity in giving this cleaner to me! I don't have a hose yet, but suction at the hose connection seems to be pretty strong.

    A Floater with Power?!

So maybe I'm showing my ignorance, but I thought that all the floating Hoover Celebrities were power-nozzleless? I have an orange/reddish S3081 that I got from our own Swingette a couple weeks ago when i hosted a mini-meet. Pictures to follow...

    TTuee 2006 hose question

Hose... I took a picture of the hose with one of the remnants I had available. Now you can see for yourself how the hose is made!

    Tristar All Spruced Up!

Handle I have a generic hose on mine with the gas-pump handle with the PN switch. I LOVE this hose! 100000000000000x better than the original one it came with.

    Tristar All Spruced Up!

Since it seems to be popular.... Here's a picture of mine all cleaned up. Notice that mine's got the decal label like Bill's does. I don't have the attachment carrier for mine either. I should probably try to find one at some point ;-)
