For sure i have my eyes on some golden tools for compacts on ebay i havea full set of tools for 2 compact butttt since there hard to find i might jsut grab it for spares cant hurth.

I love vintage vacuum the only mordern ish vacuum in my collection / fleet is a Aerus Electrolux gardian 8000 model vacuum but it has variable speed button that you slide or move on the handle not fingerprint or touch screen i find that less prone to breaking...
