I have a Royal 4650 that worked perfectly until a repairman used it to clean gas fireplace dust out of our fireplace while installing new insert. He supposedly swept the big stuff out of it and then used my vacuum to clean out remaining debris. Immediately after, i could see sparks from the back. I am sick over this and I can’t get anyone to look at it. I’ve had this vacuum for years and took very good care of it. I don’t know how to get it fixed. Any suggestions?
