    Well, isn't this interesting! MyVac

I thought it looked familiar... ibaisaic has a recent video of it, rebadged as a Princess. Even has a MyVac-branded dusting brush.

Why the big price disparity between Sebo and Miele in the US and the UK?

Keep in mind that Miele only has one PN canister model available in the UK - the C3 Electro Plus EcoLine. Everything else is straight suction, which are comparable in price to the US models... ... JK. Still $500+ more. Yeah, I think Miele just wants to appear as more premium in the US (and...

Trying to decide: Miele or Aerus?

georgect I haven't had a chance to visit the Aerus store because of time differences, but I may end up waiting until the new Wonder is out with the Tandem Air nozzle before I buy anything for myself. That said, I should have something nice and shiny to show off next month. :)

    Is This Real?!?!?!

It does appear to be real! (and equally terrifying) Besides some parts listing and images, it looks like it in this video:

I Am Shocked: Kirby Gsix vs Shark Rotator Lift-Away Pro

Shark sweepers Can't complain about their sweepers. Actually, it was a Shark sweeper that got me interested in vacuums in the first place. As a little kid, I really wanted a Roomba, but had to settle with turning my Shark into a remote-controlled sweeper with some K`nex. :) Can't say I have...

I Am Shocked: Kirby Gsix vs Shark Rotator Lift-Away Pro

I would be more shocked if the Shark actually beat the Kirby. There's no way a Shark is going to do a better job than the Kirby (except maybe for reducing back pain). Still, thanks for the comparison, and your Gsix looks beautiful!

    Riccar Pristine.. being discontinued??

Actually... Looks like the Simplicity Whoosh (Riccar Butler) is no longer listed also. So it may be that its days are numbered... maybe because of the Prima?

    Riccar Pristine.. being discontinued??

I've noticed that some machines are no longer listed on the Riccar site, but are still on the Simplicity site (for example, the Butler). Looks like it's still available as the Simplicity Verve.

Trying to decide: Miele or Aerus?

Thanks for the replies! I'll definitely be stopping by the local Aerus store soon to try out the Platinum. Depending on how well it performs and the price, I may have to pull the trigger. Worst case scenario, there's a Miele dealer a short drive away. I'm also surprised that Aerus never added a...

Trying to decide: Miele or Aerus?

Hi Vacuumlanders, Long time lurker, first time posting. I hope this is all right. I currently have a Miele C2 Quartz, and it's been great to me over the years. However, it's only straight suction, and the turbo nozzle isn't really cutting it on some of the carpets. I want to switch up to a...
