Our daily driver is a 2002 Kenmore Progressive. We were shopping for our older son's first Christmas--wearing him in a baby wrap--when both of our heads turned to the vacuum cleaner display by the Sears exit. I said, "do you think a new vacuum cleaner change our lives that much?" and we both responded, "yes." It's been a great machine for sixteen years.
What are your earliest and favorite vacuum memories?
My great grandmother's blue Electrolux on a sled.
What is the history of vacuum you have owned?
Grey GE canister, Sears Progressive, Fein shop vac, Kenmore Magic Blue and several vintage Electroluxes. My newest addition is a Hoover Constellation just like Ethyl Kennedy's.
Have you ever worked on, repaired and/or restored any vacuum cleaners?
