    Introducing Myself

Nothing for Hyla. But MUCH vintage to modern. One small example, I just this morning moved some Oreck parts to find a Hoover Mo 150 under them.Should it go to a collector or to the scrap metal guy who was here yesterday and eager to return?!?!After years of asking people to visit I no longer care...

    Introducing Myself

As above I still have MUCH including MANY Kirby accessories. Is Hoover upright or canister?I have very limited time to ship.I am very quickly getting to the point that most will go in dumpster or for those who make the easy drive in their vehicle.Later I hope to find better vacs that I may not...

    Filter Queen M11NA

At one brief time FQ offered a bag attached under the cone that did require an adapter on the inlet. Was NLA before I knew about it.Others may know more.

Beautiful Electrolux G unit on eBay

Attachments--As above some Ebay sellers separate these. With the Mo G hoses would wear(just as tires on a car, etc)and be replaced, the first crevice tool was a bit fragile and were often broken or lost, some use a dusting brush as a scrub brush instead of letting the suction do the work,floor...

1960s Electrolux "save and Pay" Bank

There were also banks for Rexair,Filter Queen & Kirby when a quarter was worth more and vac payments were less. Also the slot in the wider Kirby handle of about 1970 and beyond.

Beautiful Electrolux G unit on eBay

Model G--I use 3 in different areas that only needed -change bag, plug in outlet, turn on switch. Yesterday blue rebuilt G cleaned under furniture, cobwebs in corners and much dusting. eBay G looks very good but the one thing not shown was bag chamber. Not likely that this one was abused but if...

    I've been Metrovac'ed

Great vac unless you were selling uprights and called it "a stove pipe with a motor in it".

1960s Electrolux "save and Pay" Bank

Only the Model G banks(both colors)opened with the switch button and had wheels that turned. These continued from the 1205 as above to the Marquise and all would have come in small boxes that were replicas of the large box.The later front door can be unsnapped with a combination of firm, gentle &...

We documented a vacuum prodigy on our show!

Elliott,For many reasons including those mentioned above yours could be the best ever made for TV vac video. It is always great to see vacs from NZ,Europe and elsewhere. You seem to already know what it took me longer to learn in that vintage Electrolux tanks and Hoover uprights can clean...
