I think I may have figured it out. The ground connector seems to have been torn out of the housing. I replaced with a new nut/bolt and secured to the housing. Then attached the remaining two wires and plugged it in. The switch is broken, but it's broken in the On position, so it worked. Now to...

Thanks for the replies. I'm new to wiring and doing the best I can! The previous owner found the broken switch and I've been messing with it a bit. I think I've got some of it right.....I'm assuming that the unattached white wire goes on the 'Off' side of the switch lining up with the white wire...

Hi - I have a new to me Rainbow D2. It came to me with no switch. I will buy a switch, but don't know exactly how the wiring goes. Does anyone out there have a pic of how to wire the switch? Thanks very much in advance! Rob
