That's really neat that's my favorite era of vacuum cleaners is the 1950's.

Regina Electrikbroom We have an older one probably from the late 60's or early 70's but it's a two speed model the kids use it to clean up bird seed it's a yellow and cream color one.

How did they work I have an older one that isn't an electronic its probably from the late 40's or early 50's I was just wondering how the electronic worked. What made them electronic?

I'm new to Vacuumland and I just got this Brush Vac hand vac off eBay and it's missing the brushroll and I was wondering where I could find one is it pretty hard to find?
