Had two shop vacs and a Hoover Nano Light but got rid of those when I moved from house to apartment.
What are your dream machines yet to be found?
Dont really have one. I am actually perfectly happy with what I have. However I wouldnt mind a Central Cleaning System.
What are your earliest and favorite vacuum memories?
Just being with my grandma when I was growing up. She had a Electrolux tank( all she ever allowed in her house was a Electrolux or my Rainbow) and she was always cleaning. She made it fun and make vacuuming a game with me and I think that is why I always enjoy vacuuming and cleaning myself.
What is the history of vacuum you have owned?
My Rainbow was the second vacuum I had and I bought it from a Rainbow Sales man who was going into his retirment and he was cleaning out his invintory and this was stuck in the corner of his basement. He placed an ad in the classifieds putting it up for sale and I called. He brought it over with the shampooer and a third hose. This was brand new and still had the tags and stickers on it and he sold everything to me for $300.00. I didnt think twice about it and wrote the check on the spot. Its never let me down.

My Floor Mate was given to me from my neighbor. Her sister gave it to her and she didnt want it and asked if I wanted it and I couldnt say no. It was free so sure why not.

My Hoover Nano Lite I think I only had for about three weeks. I bought it because my mom was complaining about my Rainbow so I picked it up but I had been thinking about getting something else just to keep up with the dog hair and just because I wanted something that I could get out use and stash back in the utility room when I was done. I decided to move and the house sold quicker than I was expecting so I sold it in the moving sale.

My shop vacs I had two. I had a All Around that I kept down in the basement and used for cleaning the basement, and my other one was for cleaning the garage, sidewalks decks and cars. Those sold in the moving sale as well.
Have you ever worked on, repaired and/or restored any vacuum cleaners?
No just the usual up keep for what I have. Changing belts, cleaning filters that type of thing.
