Ha! well, if a pro doesn't pre vacuum, the extractor filters get clogged and loss of water lift is unacceptable for so many reasons. It's rare for me to walk in to a customers place and not need to pre-vac. I bet I could go into anybody's house here on this forum and never need to pre-vac LOL...
