Current Vacuum collection
I'm mostly interested in pre-war machines, with a special interest those built in Cleveland Ohio
What are your dream machines yet to be found?
A 1908-1910 Hoover, a Wireless Vacuette, and any Eureka earlier than a Model 9
What are your earliest and favorite vacuum memories?
I just remember my mother using her General Electric Roll-EZ, and my grandmother's Eureka Model 9
What is the history of vacuum you have owned?
I've had bunches on and off over the years. When a teenager I cleared out the cellars of a couple vacuum cleaner shops, buying machines for the proce of the scrap aluminum. Lots of wood-handled Hoovers, Eureka models 9 and 10, and plenty of P. A Geier stuff.
Have you ever worked on, repaired and/or restored any vacuum cleaners?
Yes, a numbet
