I inherited a Fantom Fury from my Mother, designer collection with pink trim. I love it! Works well. My old Hoover upright also inherited, has type A bags, works nicely, quiet, but bags cost to replace so only use Fantom fury or my canister Regina bought in 1974. Can't find any bags anywhere!! Not even online.
I don't want to buy a new canister. Just want BAGS!!!! Using last one from VCB#80590. Hard to believe no one has bags. This vacuum cleans everything!
What are your dream machines yet to be found?
I'm happy with my vacumm cleaners, but if I can't find any Regina canister bags, and I haven't yet, been looking and calling everywhere. So disappointing!I currently am advertising on Craigslist SF Bayarea but no replies yet!

I did acquire a nice Panasonic upright about 18 yrs. ago, ran really quiet, but I sold it, as I already owned 2 Hoovers.
Have you ever worked on, repaired and/or restored any vacuum cleaners?
Yes, although I'm a 73 yr. old woman, I have often replaced belts and cleaned the vacuums I acquire that people believe are junk. They are not, they just need a good cleaning and new belt!
I have mechanical skills from my previous job. I tackle anything rather than pay to repair.
