I agree completely! I sometimes repair vacuum cleaners for people, and it is very frustrating how many are specifically designed to not be repaired. I find Kirby vacuums to be more complex and slightly intimidating, so I am picking up a Kirby Sentria this afternoon that I found on Marketplace...
