Its actually a discontinued filter called the Medi-Filter cone that they came out with on the Majestic triple crown but was replaced with the Medi-pure when they combined two filters to make one also a dirt tank with the Captiva sticker on the back and a owners manual that has the Medi-Filter in it as some models of the Majestic triple crown dont just the enviroPURE.
