    BBC News this morning . The EU has made a law that vacuums only 900 watts or less can be sold. Hang on to your collectables. Could you imagine that here. BYE BYE 1600 watts..... Reason they say anything over 900 watts uses too much energy. One Brit commented I will have to live in pet hair...

    Just a quick question. New to this forum and really like it and was wondering what other Electrolux models used the same hose as the L model? I just got a beautiful L model, but thought if I could also buy some later models and use the same hose that could be a good thing. Sandy

    Repair Electrolux Where???

    Geographical West Texas Think the Pan Handle of Texas. Around Amarillo. Been talking to someone and he told me to never throw these model L's out that even the motor can be respun, so I guess when sales here said work till not working and throw in garbage can not maybe the right action to do.

    Repair Electrolux Where???

    Just bought two L model Electrolux canister vacuums from Ebay. Went to see if we still had repair in West Texas and no. Can not repair myself if needed. Do any of you know where you can still get these vacuums repaired and tuned up if needed? Thanks,
