What are your earliest and favorite vacuum memories?
Vacuuming a log cabin that me and my parents where staying at in Scotland using the Hoover Turbopower Junior U1220 that was provided, until smoke started pouring out of the vents as it packed in.
What is the history of vacuum you have owned?
Have had a few Hoover and Vax upright cleaners, a few Cylinders too but cant remember what models they were.

A 1994 Hoover Turbopower 3 but gave that to a family member who needed a vacuum and liked that one.

A 1997 Dyson DC02 De Stijl which burnt out so just gave it away for spares.
Have you ever worked on, repaired and/or restored any vacuum cleaners?
Took my Junior 119 apart to clean out the motor components and motor housing, had to fit a new mains cord as the old one was perishing as well as tidy up the internal wiring which was the old cloth covered type and was fraying, also replaced the Carbon Brushes as the old ones had very little life left in them.

Took my Hoover Model 725 motor apart too but that needs new wiring as the old ones are just crumbling away so that is on hold till I can solder new ones.
