- a black and decker Flex hand vac
- westing house electric dust pan vac
What are your dream machines yet to be found?
I would love an Electrolux model G!
What are your earliest and favorite vacuum memories?
i have loved vacuums all my life, my earlyest memory is when when i was a little kid maybe 3 i use to stand in the appartment door way and watch and follow the henry vacuum,
What is the history of vacuum you have owned?
well my favorite one was my vintage lux, i was out shopping at the local value village/thrift store and i seen this cool padded chest right away i knew it was a vacuum chest but i figured there was noting in it, so i kep going on with my shopping and i had to look, and when i did there was the lux with all the origional manuals attachments everything it would have came with brand new accept it has a plastic hose, there was no price on it so i asked someone what the price of it was, and this young guy goes out and grabs a sticker for 12$ well i nearly fanted.... so i rushed to the cash and they seen the low price and almost wasnt going to sell it to me because she thought it seemed priced worng... but luckly she seen how happy i was to have found it so she sold it to me! long story short i got my first vintage vacuum for 12$ with everything it would have came with brand new!
Have you ever worked on, repaired and/or restored any vacuum cleaners?
quit a few but mostly tuneing up and greaseing barrings and the biggest job was fixing my cord winder on my vintage lux with the ton of ball barrings...
