Hello, I have an Electrolux S165A Floor Shampooer that is really squeaky. I took it apart thinking it was the belt, and discovered that the 2 non-drive white wheels are loose and they are what squeaks. My question is, can these be removed and tightened? I don't see how they are attached and...
