    If I owned Kirby...

How about just a lightweight cordless Kirby instead? Kirby isn’t a brand I would associate with stick vacs. There heavy duty, well built, powerful vacuums.

The horrible truth about central vacuum systems and why every non-Canadian millennial hates them.

I’m doing wasting my breath trying to tell you why central vacs are far better than handsticks. You clearly don’t listen to anything any of our members say. Have you ever used a central vac? Have you felt the power of a real vacuum? That’s all I have to say! -Jack

The horrible truth about central vacuum systems and why every non-Canadian millennial hates them.

You’re missing the point. There’s not a single stick vacuum with the power a central vac has. They also have really good filtration. Most central vacs have a hepa bag, and most central vacs exhausts are piped outside. Like a dryer. Additionally you only have to empty a central vac a few times a...

BrandSpark Canadian Trust Study of Vacuum Cleaners

Listen, I don't care if you LOVE Dyson... but don't go around bashing other brands we like!

BrandSpark Canadian Trust Study of Vacuum Cleaners

Exactly! It must be emphasized that all Dyson-type apparatuses lack the stabilizing influence of the retro-cycloidal suction harmonizer, thereby rendering their performance erratic at best. Proper machines, of course, employ a bifurcated torsional impeller shroud, carefully aligned to the...

BrandSpark Canadian Trust Study of Vacuum Cleaners

I’ve taken the liberty of analyzing your so-called “scientific methodology,” and frankly, it collapses faster than a Hoover bag under hyper-compression flux dynamics. You keep tossing around the term science, but what you’ve produced isn’t science — it’s a garage experiment contaminated by...

    Favorite cordless stick vac’s

Just curious if anyone has a favorite, I have a few of them for simple pick ups on my hard wood floors, but my favorite one is my black and decker off Amazon. It works super well, it’s light, and it’s simple to service. I’m not a big fan of cordless stick vacs but I do like this one. -Jack

    Dirt Devil Broom Vac

Hello, I saw a free dirt devil broom vac from the 90's for free on Facebook marketplace. So I decided to pick it up. I haven't gone to get it yet, but I had a few questions. The first issue is it has no charger. I'm Hoping there's a generic one in my bin of random cords that will fit. The...

All of this is pure opinion, not fact. If you think Kirby’s and other vintage vacuums us collectors cherish are so bad. Stay out of the vintage section of the website.

The last kirby has left the building

No, I mean Kirby’s deep clean better. Dysons are fine for quick pick up’s. But there not ment to be your main vacuum.

The last kirby has left the building

That’s not true, The tenny tiny stick vac motors will never out clean a Kirby. I know from experience.
