    In need of some parts

Hello, I have a Eureka 2 speed self propelled ESP 5071D. I'm certainly in ned of an upper cord hook with bag spins holder, and also a whole new transmission. Tranny squals when motor is turned on. If I can't find parts, I'll part the machine out. Really want to make it work. Thanks, -Jay

The WORST vacuum cleaners, Ever made. In History.

Eureka/Sanitaire As nice as they clean, I can't stand them. Bulky, loud, cheap plastic parts, The self propelled models have transmissions that wear out, and scream like a banshee overtime you turn them on.

Figuring out pre 1970's Kirby serial numbers.

Hello all, long time no see. I'd like to know how do you figure out a Kirby serial number on a pre 1970's Kirby? I know there was a way to figure out a 1970's and later, but really no way of figuring out anything older. All help would be appreciated. -Jay

    My first stereo

I've never came across a childhood Item... But I would like to get ahold of either a PowerMacintosh 6100, 7100, or 8100. Not only because they're a classic piece of Mac, but because they all came out March 1994 which is my birth year. -Jay

    Anyone used an SSD?

I was thinking After I get my Mini, I was going to throw an OWC SSD in it and put Lion on it just to have the iCloud functionality and the other features although this machine could run Mountain Lion, I don't care for Notifications, or Reminders, or anything like that sort of stuff. I feel that...

    Anyone used an SSD?

SSD and failures Thanks Joe, I do realize that the SSD is a new kind of technology, and I do realize that I would lose everything on it should a failure occur. However I wouldn't be storing a whole lot on it except the main OS and some programs which can be downloaded such as Skype. In terms of...

    Anyone used an SSD?

I'm sold On SSD's, I think one would really make an old Core Solo, or Core Duo Mac Mini, even an early 2006 MacBook scream! I've read and read about SSD's and I've even seen the big performance gain that a normal HDD just can't touch. I do believe SSD's are going to put the old HDD out to...

    Anyone used an SSD?

Hello to all, I'm in the market for a Mac Mini, and I was wondering has anyone used an SSD in their computer, be it a Mac or PC? What is the performance gain when using an SSD? I've read that an SSD will provide near instant boot up, and shut down time, and instant application load. And for...
