Can someone tell me how to install a new spring in my model L Electrolux sweeper. I installed it but it doesn’t remind, the small spool has 38 winds vs 15 for the big spool(cord spool). Where do I set the windings for each spool. Tried several settings but can find the tension needed. Thanks Kevin
