What are your dream machines yet to be found?
I want to find some sweepers that were in the family when I was a child. The Hoover Celebrity, Hoover Convertible, and Electrolux Model XXX come to mind.
What are your earliest and favorite vacuum memories?
When I was a kid, I would hunt for treasures in my grandparents' very full basement. Along with old electronics, I loved pulling out the old vacuums that were buried down there, cleaning them up, and seeing if I could get them working.
Have you ever worked on, repaired and/or restored any vacuum cleaners?
I specialize in restoring Kirbys but will happily tackle any machine. I never mind getting my hands dirty.
