    Rob, Thanks for the advice. I initially thought about trying to repair the existing hose, but the plastic end pieces appear to be non-removable. They are constructed as "split-halves" and the two halves appear to be permanently glued or heat-welded together. So repair is probably not a...

    Unfortunately, that hose won't work for me, since it's cracked/split at the wand end - just like the one I'm looking to replace. I assume those hoses have a tendency to crack at that same spot due to flexing/bending over time. In any case, I appreciate your efforts in trying to help me...

    Hoover S3577 hose assembly needed

    I need to replace the hose assembly on our beloved Hoover S3577 canister vac (aka TurboPower 5000). As best I can tell, it's Hoover part #43433107. Evidently, the part has been discontinued and I can't find one anywhere. Any help will be much appreciated.
