I did not replace the pump and the solenoid; I'm not even sure where the solenoid is since I have no diagram. Maybe I'll replace them later if I can ever get the other problems straightened out. Long story short, I reassembled it. When I use it exclusively in the "TOOLS" setting, it now sucks...
