It's a C-5 The C-5 is the only Compact with three wheels like this one, the C-6 has four wheels. Compact mis-identified their own products on their history poster!   I have a C-5 just like this one, including the ABC (Always Beauty Clean) powernozzle electrical port on the right hand side...

When I was a kid I had a Wards Signature hand vac that looked a little like that blue Eureka. I don't recall too much about it but the nozzle had a similarly swoopy design.   The the car on the Eureka box looks very GM to me, mostly like a '64 Impala.

Lucky you! While some may prefer one model over another there are no bad Kirbys! There are damned few that can't be restored to good working order and a good working Kirby is a great vacuum . . . make sure you post some pix for us :)

Neat! What a nice vac, good luck on the attachment search. I'm always amazed at how hard it can be to find attachments for even common vacs so can imagine this will take some time and persistence but the end result will be worth it.
