Good Grief Charles !!!!!!!!!`
Why on earth do you constantly have to have some kind of unkind and unwanted "hissy fit" here in this group?????????? You are just not happy unless you are throwing fits with your unwanted writings and comments. Get a life. Someone in charge needs to stop this...
You
are welcome ! I have never had the problem either however, I suspect that there must have been a problem requiring them to put the metal gizzie on the ends. You realize that the nozzle is removable on your Electro Hygiene right?
I have
about 25 of the older Royal and Electro Hygiene vacs in my collection. The older square end brush rolls that they used at one time were thought to somehow turn in their holders. Since they have an adjustment on the ends that was not good. When you buy a new one they still have that...
Hi John
I have 3 of these little wonders but did not know they could have a paper bag used with them. Can you tell me where to find them or what type/brand they are? Thanks Much ! Jim
Welcome aboard Chris !!!
I would be interested in any vintage Hoover or Eureka parts you may find or units. I attempted to post this earlier but it didn't go through. Prolly due to my ignorance of how to do things. I also think HUGE PARTS are, well, very welcome :-). Enjoy the club Chris !!!

I just
looked at all of my manuals for all of the "brown Hoovers" and also the black bag models that use the two screw method of fastening the bag to the exhaust. They all say hand tighten or finger tight. That is the word from Hoover.
Jim
I sent
you an email about the bag Roger. They no longer make an orange Eureka bag. Not even in a bojack bag. The only colors available now are Red and Gray. Just writing this in case you did not receive the emails. I can sell you a new gray bag.

I wanted this
so very badly that I actually bid 150.00 on it. Little did I know that near the end of the auction the bidding had gone to the moon. Needless to say that 1076 won't be in my collection LOL. I admit it was nice but wow ! I am a very serious collector but these guys must own Hoover...
