Hey Josh, glad to see another person who likes the Elite! I have an Elite 300 right now, barebones, no-tool model and I love it, still looks new and performs like new. It does such a better job on carpets than my friend's Dyson Animal. It's kinda loud but that's a trade off! I also had an Elite...

Kirbyvacuum, the suction is okay, not the best, but not the worst. I pulled it apart and sealed the motor compartment and noticed a definite increase in suction. I also put on of those cut-to-size motor filters in the bag compartment to help "filtration" and it seems to do an okay job. Kinda...
